Bringing authentic Italian cuisine to Byron Bay, TERRA Catering crafts menus and dishes for every occasion. From canapes and cocktails to degustation dinners, TERRA presents fare with rustic style using the finest seasonal produce, sourced from a strong relationship with local farmers and suppliers.

Contemporary menus are designed and executed by Chef, Bruno Conti reflecting each client’s individual brief for events such as a lavish wedding or family lunch.

All menus are created with local seasonal produce using Italian techniques and traditional recipes. Bruno always finds inspiration from every region of the Italian peninsula, his passion is Sicilian cuisine for the weather similarities and the abundance of seafood.
