Planning a wedding is such a memorable life event and I believe the process should be enjoyable, exciting and most importantly, stress-free! It’s not that you can’t do it yourself, it’s about making sure you and your partner can actually enjoy the planning process without feeling stressed, lost, or overwhelmed. This time should be about you and your families being present, making memories and having a positive wedding planning experience.
Wedding planning to me is about more than just the logistics. I truly love connecting with couples on a deeper level and building personal relationships, many of which have ended up lasting long after the big day has been and gone. Along with being your personal wedding planning consultant, I also step into the shoes of your best friend, trusted confidante and personal counsellor as needed. I’m genuinely invested in your day and go above and beyond to get to know you both as a couple so that together we can create an authentic celebration that really tells your story.
To ensure you and your partner both remain stress-free and secure in your newly engaged bubble, let me handle the boring stuff! I will serve as your point of contact with the many different suppliers and vendors involved in your special day, keeping in mind that it is your day, your way and you have complete control. “Kiera was perfection from the first phone call we had. I don't even know where to start. Kiera was the first supplier I locked in and I was so happy we did. I was working with Kiera for 1 year and 10 months and I miss her every day since the wedding on 5th May! She is honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is perfect to be working with couples on their biggest day of their lives. She brings an energy that is calm, understanding and loving. Plus she is great at making a decision which for me was a perfect match. Kiera even helped me make a decision on my wedding dress colour (I went from white to blush) and it was the best decision I made out of the whole wedding! Kiera was so organised, I was in heaven. She loves spreadsheets as much as I do and all suppliers commented to me how all over everything she was. On the day Kiera was an ever smiling presence that made everyone relaxed and everything to run perfectly. From seeing her as I approached in the kombi, to her bringing us food and endless cocktails during our photo time to ensuring every detail was covered, we felt in such safe hands. The detail she went to from setting up the table layout (we spent hours deciding on the napkin fold and she even draw me layouts) to making sure there was hundreds of candles everywhere, she made sure everything ran smoothly and that we all had the best night of our lives. I actually cried when the last song played and I had to hug Kiera goodbye, not speaking to her every day definitely took some adjusting but I am so unbelievably happy to have met her and we are so thankful for everything she did for us. Without her our wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near what it was. I had so many people come up to me during, the day after and weeks after saying how it was the most professionally run wedding they had been to, yet it had such an intimidate and romantic feel. That is very hard to achieve and it was all thanks to Kiera. She really did take people through an experience, from the romantic ceremony (where there wasn't a dry eye), to the chilled vibe of canapes with games, acoustic music and yummy cocktails, to a warm and loving dinner and epic dance floor and band! She even created a very special sparkler and first dance moment under the tree of Earth House, which no one had done before. She delivered on everything and so much more. Kiera is a wedding angel and we love her for all her hard work and her beautiful nature and personality. P.S Can we it all again?? Xxxx”

“If you’ve just started the process of organising your wedding, the first person you should call is Kiera. Not only is she an absolute legend of a human, she is ridiculously good at what she does.
From our first phone call, to the million questions in the lead up, every day, every hour (at all hours sometimes too) and especially on the day she did everything to ensure that Tom and I were 100% present also most importantly having Kiera meant that we didn’t even worry about one single thing, mainly because we knew it would be absolutely perfect under her watchful eye. To say that Kiera goes above and beyond for everyone is understatement. She honestly made our day that little bit more special, and I can say hand on my heart I would of been absolutely lost without her.
